Driving catering sales

Ninety precent of our clients ask us to guarantee the catering costs of the operation, or have a profit share arrangement.

On average we experience a 16- 20% increase in sales when we take on new catering sites. This is driven through quality food, great staff training and motivation, focused marketing and hard work.  It is not rocket science but having 57% of out food being purchased locally means better quality, fresher ingredients. Seventy-six percent of our food is prepared from scratch in the kitchen which means better food for the customers.

Feedback is very important to us at Mellors Catering Services, which is why the managing director's mobile is one every sandwich label and displayed above each hot counter.

Invoices are provided to you on a weekly basis for buffets, working lunches etc.  Catering costs are invoiced every 4 weeks

 

Will sales promises be delivered?

Our Sales Team - Jenny, Kyra, Catherine, Alex and Donna work closely with our Area Managers and Clients throughout the term of our services, to ensure Mellors promises are delivered every day.
