At Mellors Catering Services, we usually provide contracts between three and five years with clients on a fixed financial agreement.  We have a transparent, open book policy so there are no surprises.

Invoices are provided to you on a weekly basis for buffets, working lunches etc.  Catering costs are invoiced every 4 weeks.

A lot of our clients asks us to guarantee the catering costs or have a profit share agreement.  Therefore when your dining area is doing well, we are happy and so are you.

On average we experience a 16- 20% increase in sales when we take on new catering sites. This is driven through quality food, great staff and sheer hard work.
