Mellors Senior and Support Staff have been busy out and about in lots of our units over the last couple of weeks for our 'In at the Sharp End' initiative!
These days saw more than 20 staff who don't normally work in a unit spend the day as a member of the team. As you can see from the photos, everyone had a great day, sending time with our brilliant catering teams, getting stuck in, learning new things and serving our lovely customers.
These days really help the staff involved to get a better insight into the demands of a Mellors unit.
