During the last few months we've been doing lots of things to make sure we stay in touch with our staff. This has included regular emails, video calls, online quizzes and more! Thursday 17th September saw the first of the new Mellors Zoom Events. There are four planned and these are fun events for our teams to get involved with, see some familiar faces and get some useful information.
Our first session featured Mark T (Mellors founder and Managing Director), Tony T (Mellors Chief Operating Officer) and Laura N (Mellors Marketing Manager) as host. It was fantastic to see so many of the Mellors team getting involved with this, the biggest zoom event we've have ever experienced. Thank you to everyone tuned in.
In this session we covered the dos and don’ts of video conferences, with Tony giving us all some useful tips. Mark and Tony also gave everyone a fantastic insight into the current activities going on across Mellors and what the plans are for the business in the coming five years, and attendees were able to ask questions and get them answered in real-time by Mark and Tony, talk about accountability.
