In January, we welcomed Tollbar Multi-Academy Trust in Lincolnshire to the Mellors family and the teams at each of the 7 schools are already making us proud. The teams at Cleethorpes Academy, Louth Academy Lower & Upper Schools, Pilgrim Academy, Reynolds Academy, Somercoates Academy and Tollbar High & Sixth Form College serve more than 5,000 students each day and as you can see from these photos, they’re creating great looking and delicious food that the students love!
Martin Brown, Chief Executive at Tollbar Multi Academy Trust, said, “The choice of Mellors as the Trust’s new catering provider, was a collaboration between management, students and staff, who took part in tasting sessions from a number of companies during the selection process.”
“Mellors won the contract because of their infectious enthusiasm for food,” he explained. “This is an honest company dedicated to putting healthy food on children’s plates and their devotion to providing eco-friendly, healthy meals using fresh produce won us all over.”
