We introduce a range of fresh, menu options including exciting high street concepts to keep our customers engaged and excited about their meals every single day. 

Alongside our regular menu options, we run a number of marketing campaigns throughout the year to introduce new food concepts and run Theme Days to drive sales. These campaigns include national awareness campaigns like National Breakfast Week and Nutrition and Hydration Week. They can also be tied in with school curriculums.

Our team of Executive Development Chefs work with your Catering Manager to develop menus tailored to your customers’ dietary needs and tastes. Catering Managers at Mellors Catering Services have the freedom to be creative with their menus, within the support that our Mellors Food Development Team provides. Your Area Manager will also be local to you and able to provide truly local and responsive service. This is just one of the many benefits of being a regional and family-run business.

We also provide a design and development facility under our contract catering service to further improve your dining area.

Unlike other contract caterers, we don’t outsource any of our services that we provide to our clients. All support services are based at our Head Office in Skelmersdale, Lancashire.

Most of our ingredients are purchased locally, which means better quality and fresher ingredients. Most of the delicious food we serve is prepared from scratch in your on-site kitchen, which means better, fresher food for the customers.

Continuous Improvement

We are constantly looking at new ways of doing things and how we can improve our catering service through customer comment cards and regular surveys. We openly encourage feedback from our customers and our Managing Director Mark has his mobile phone number on our packaging and Marketing.
