Tim’s career in the catering and hospitality sector started as a Bakery Exchange Student in 1963. He went on to successfully run a chain of Mellors coffee and bakery shops as well as two prestigious hotels.
Mark Timmerman, Managing Director
Mark founded Mellors Catering Services in 1995 and then spent some quality time with other caterers before returning to Mellors in 1999. Mark is now Managing Director for the group and has an open door policy with his mobile phone number appearing as the customer hotline on our sandwich packaging, putting him in direct access to our customers.
Tony Trainor, Chief Operating Officer
Tony has spent most of his catering career in retail, working for such brands as Slug & Lettuce, Fiesta Havana and La Tasca Restaurants. His attention to detail and customer focus is second to none. Tony is responsible for all of our catering operations as well as marketing and nutrition/food development.
Catering managers Lisa and Lea cooked and presented a fabulous curry buffet for us last week for our Principal’s leaving lunch. It was absolutely stunning and an extremely tasty menu and I felt that I could not let this pass without giving them both the accolade they deserve.
